Offers & Deals

1. One offer per booking. Offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other running promotion, unless stated on the offer.
2. First-order discount is valid once per new customer, per household or phone number, on the first completed booking only.
3. Prices are in AED and include the therapist's visit, table, towels and standard oils. Any add-on service is charged separately.
4. Availability. All offers are subject to therapist availability and confirmed booking slots. We serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
5. Payment is made on arrival — cash, card, payment link, Tabby or Tamara. Bank and card offers require the eligible card to be presented at payment.
6. Cancellation. Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may not be eligible for the offer.
7. Session packages are valid for the stated period from the date of purchase, are non-refundable once the first session is used, and are non-transferable unless stated.
8. Gift vouchers are valid 6 months from issue, redeemable across all four emirates, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. 10% cashback applies to all spa bookings and is credited after your session has been completed, for use against a future Beutics booking. Cashback is calculated on the amount paid after any discount.
10. This month's offers are valid for the current month only, require advance booking, and are subject to availability. Beutics may change, extend or withdraw any offer at any time.
11. Health & safety. Please inform us of any medical condition, injury or pregnancy when booking so we can assign the right therapist and treatment.
