If you are unable to keep up your appointment you can reschedule it; but please do inform the store as early possible to help them manage their schedule. The Website allows you to request a reschedule and your store will suggest a mutually convenient slot.
If you have a reason to undo the purchase you made, you may do so by letting us know. Beutics will credit your wallet with the exact purchased amount for use on any other services. Having said that, you may come across special time-bound offers that may not be cancellable once purchased. Please read the fine print carefully.
After the booking has been done, our staff is specifically assigned and reserved for the service. Hence any cancellation will lead to a fee that will apply if you fail to give at least 6 hours prior notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an order amount of 50% or 75 AED will be charged.
